 Mr. James Harkins, Evanston Vet Outreach Specialist, provides information and answers questions from veterans about disability claims, medical care, employment assistance and other issues. Mr. Harkins is a Gulf War vet and will be available in the Commmons Area the second Tuesday of every month from 9 AM until 12 Noon.
