Ever wonder if a cookbook is any good?
Every other month we will have a discussion on a cookbook.
Choose a recipe from the book selected, make the recipe and bring the completed dish to the discussion. The night of the discussion we will sample all the dishes and discuss the recipes and the overall book. Participants must bring a dish to participate.
April's featured cookbook is Heart of the Plate by Mollie Katzen. Copies will be available at the Adult Services Reference desk 3rd floor.
