Blood donors of all types are needed every day…to assist critically ill patients, accident victims, people needing surgery and those patients suffering chronic diseases such as cancer and leukemia. Blood donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh 110 lbs, and be in general good health. Please make sure to have breakfast or lunch prior to donating and bring identification with you. Only 40 minutes of your time can help save up to 3 lives. All donors will find out what their blood type is, receive a free cholesterol screening, blood pressure reading and iron level screening. Tattoos and piercings are acceptable and all medications are accepted except for blood thinners.
